We are the bayolore archive, an account/page dedicated to posting, collecting and educating on bayonetta lore through fun facts and explanations.

Our goal is to put otherwise inaccessible, unknown or generally unresearched information easily accessible and overseeable. This includes anything from basic lore entries, to niche real world references, to artbook entries even inaccessible in the wiki.

We don't aim to replace the wiki itself nor the games, and encourage everyone to research the lore through many other methods outside of this website and account, but want to shine a spotlight on information you'd otherwise have to go out of your way to dig up by having it accessible in short, compact form, requiring minutes to improve your knowledge and trivia on the bayonetta series without overloading you with detailed information.

As our fandom waits longer and longer for anythng to come out of this series, it's important our discussions are informed and knowledgeable, and that we all have a deeper understanding of this very complex story. Of course, we too try our best to untangle the story, and offer what we consider to be the most objective but still logical interpretation, hoping for a middle ground that satisfies everyone in otherwise polarising topics while still remaining open to disagreements.

We are also open to criticism and suggestions, we do not want to sell the idea that only we know this series and it's lore, and we learn new things every today, some being quite obvious aswell. That is why we encourage and enable ways to reach out to us and help us in what you can contribute. We hope to protect a peaceful, constructive and educational space.
